Dan Bacchus has been a student and competitor of Muay Thai and kickboxing for over 10 years. He took up the sport as part of his own weight loss journey and has since fought in over 15 amateur bouts, earning a bronze medal in the 2012 CASK (now WAKO) Provincial Kickboxing Championship and most recently the gold medal in the 2019 Canadian National Muay Thai Championship in the men’s A class.
Dan has worked with fighters at all levels from beginner to WBC Champions. He focuses on technique and is able to break down each skill and communicate it effectively to his students. He is truly passionate about the sport and is dedicated to sharing what he has learned.
He is also well versed in overall strength and conditioning methods, whether it be for competition or general fitness. At the age of 21, Dan was 100 lbs overweight and decided it was time to make a major lifestyle change. He became a passionate student of fitness and nutrition and has never looked back. He understands what it takes to make a lasting and permanent change and is always ready to help others to do the same.
