I began my career as an In Home Personal Trainer in 2010 in the Richmond Hill area, working exclusively in private one-on-one settings. In 2015 I relocated and started my own business, Pickering Personal Training. Things have been going strong ever since!
I work with people of any age and fitness level. My clients have ranged in age from 13 to 90! No matter your age or fitness level, each workout is tailored to your specific abilities, while still being challenging enough to produce results. I also have experience working with women during, and after pregnancy to safely and effectively maintain their fitness levels, and lose post-natal pregnancy weight.
I do my best to make each workout not only appropriate and efficient, but fun too!
I have a passion for nutrition and the power of food, and how we can turn our lives around by focusing on simple, whole foods. I have personally overcome painful chronic digestive disorders with lifestyle changes and it is my mission to help others to see how they can make a positive and long-lasting change in their lives.
I truly believe that each of us hold the key to our health and wellness. Once we realize that we have the power to steer our own health, anything is possible
I provide services in West Hill, Pickering, Ajax and Whitby Ontario.
